【TMT18 Grand Opening｜Record-Breaking Day One】
The 18th Taiwan Millions Tournament (TMT18) has officially kicked off! Even before the first hand was dealt, the venue was packed with players from all around the world. As Taiwan’s largest and most influential poker brand, TMT is once again making waves with a total guaranteed prize pool of NT$55,000,000!
Day one opened with a bang as the Warm-Up GiantStack drew an incredible 822 entries, with 56 tables running simultaneously — more than double the 375 entries in the same event last year at TMT17. Player SHI QUAN WANG🇹🇼 rose above the competition and claimed the first major title of the series!
The highly anticipated Kick-Off Day1A — the first Incense Cedar trophy event — attracted 361 entries as players battled for prestige and a one-of-a-kind Taiwanese wooden trophy. With three days of starting flights scheduled, the NT$5,000,000 guaranteed prize pool is expected to grow even bigger!
